Shipping Policy
Each GoatMountain product is made-to-order and shipped directly from our trusted production partners. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and deliver orders within the UK and internationally.
1. Order Processing Time
- All items are produced and fulfilled through print-on-demand partners.
- Production time: typically 2–5 business days before dispatch.
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking (where available).
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates below are after dispatch (they do not include production time):

“Rest of World” includes (but is not limited to) Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Africa, and the UAE.
⏳ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs delays, postal conditions, weather, peak seasonal demand, or local disruption.
3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on delivery destination and order details.
- From time to time we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.
4. Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
- Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local import duties, VAT, or customs fees.
- These charges are not included in your product or shipping price unless explicitly stated at checkout.
- Buyers are responsible for paying any import fees required under local law.
5. Customs Disclaimer
Each country’s import regulations differ. We cannot:
- Guarantee delivery speed if your parcel is held by customs; or
- Accept liability for charges, confiscations, or delays imposed by local authorities.
We recommend checking your country’s import policies before ordering.
6. Tracking Your Order
- After dispatch, you’ll receive tracking details by email where the carrier provides it.
- If you haven’t received tracking within 7 working days of placing your order, contact us at help@goatmountain.co.uk.
7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete/incorrect addresses or parcels returned to sender.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, a re-shipping fee may apply.
8. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within:
- 20 business days (UK, EU, US), or
- 30 business days (Rest of World)
please contact us. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
9. Unclaimed or Refused Deliveries
If an order is returned because it was refused at delivery or left unclaimed at a local depot/post office:
- We may offer to re-ship the order at your expense; and
- Refunds are not guaranteed because products are printed to order.
