GoatMountain products are made to order. Production can begin shortly after purchase, which limits our ability to cancel or change orders once manufacturing has started.

1. Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel or amend an order within 1 hour of purchase by emailing help@goatmountain.co.uk.

If production has not started, we can usually cancel or amend the order. If production has started, cancellation or changes may not be possible.

2. What to Include in Your Request

• Your order number
• The email used at checkout
• What you want to change (size/color/address) or a clear cancellation request

3. When an Order Is Considered “In Production”

An order is considered in production once it has been transmitted to our production partner and manufacturing has begun (for example: printing, embroidery, cutting, packing, or label preparation). At that point, we may be unable to stop the process.

4. Made-to-Order Exception to the Right to Cancel

Under UK (and equivalent EU) consumer rules, customers generally have a right to cancel online orders within a cooling-off period. However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Because our items are produced on demand for each order, cancellations are not available once production begins.

5. Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, email us immediately. We can only update addresses before the order is transmitted for fulfilment. Once shipped, address changes must be handled via the courier where possible, and may not be guaranteed.

6. Duplicate Orders & Billing Errors

If you placed a duplicate order or an obvious billing error occurred, contact us as soon as possible. Where verified and where production has not started, we will cancel and refund the duplicate/error order.

7. Refund Timing (Where a Cancellation Is Approved)

Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after confirmation. Your bank/payment provider may take additional time to post funds.

8. Statutory Rights & Faulty Items

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to an appropriate remedy (replacement or refund) under applicable consumer law. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for the claims process and deadlines.

9. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to decline or restrict requests where there is evidence of fraud, repeated abuse, or bad-faith behavior (for example, repeated cancellations placed to manipulate stock/production capacity).
