Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GoatMountain.co.uk (the “Site”), including any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
To use this Site and place orders, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Products & Made-to-Order Production
GoatMountain products are produced on a made-to-order basis via trusted third-party fulfilment partners. We do not hold inventory. Production starts shortly after an order is placed.
Please check size guides and product details carefully before ordering. Made-to-order items cannot be changed or cancelled once production begins.
3. Pricing, Taxes & Availability
- Prices are shown in the currency presented to you at checkout.
- VAT may apply depending on your location and checkout settings.
- We may update prices, products, or availability at any time.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify and/or approved payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where fraud, abuse, or unauthorised activity is suspected. If an order is cancelled after payment, you will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally. Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and may vary due to production time, courier performance, local disruption, or customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any duties, import VAT, or local taxes charged by their country.
6. Returns & Refunds
Because items are made-to-order, returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged, misprinted, or not as described.
If there is an issue with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at help@goatmountain.co.uk with your order number and clear photos.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (including designs, logos, images, text, and graphics) is owned by or licensed to Black Ember Ltd and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by:
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems or customer accounts
- Using the Site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes
- Interfering with Site security or performance
9. Third-Party Services
The Site uses third-party services (including Shopify and fulfilment partners) to operate and deliver orders. Third parties may have their own terms and policies. GoatMountain is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business).
- Our total liability relating to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts in England & Wales will have jurisdiction, except where your mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence require otherwise.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
